Bao le Bao children Products Co., Ltd. was registered as a joint venture (Sino-HK) in March 2004 after capital increase and introduction. The company carries out high-level comprehensive management, puts a strong emphasis on the introduction of high-quality talents, building of management team and training of staff elite. In terms of business operation, the company pays great importance to strategic planning of business development with focus on planning and controlling, and sets up the business operation concept of result-orientation based on established goals. It advocates to establish the value of “honesty, trust, advance, achievement” among the staff while strengthening the overall management of the company.
Through the common efforts of all staff for 8 years, the company has shown a good momentum of
advancement and made various achievements in product research and development, production support
and quality control. It has now formed the annual production capacity of 2 million sets in five series (tri-
cycle, baby walker, electric-driven cart, toy cart,swing cart). In 2004, the company applied for registration
of Chinese and English trademark and ever since, made many efforts to create its own brand name. In
March 2006, the company started the implementation of ISO9001-2000 management system and 3C
compulsory certification, thus increasing its quality management level to a new height.
